1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of the following portable computers and accessories:

11.portable computers (laptop type I – 15"-15,6") - 234 pcs.,

1.2. portable computers (laptop type II – 13.5"-14.5") - 12 pcs.

2. Detailed information on the description of the subject, scope and conditions of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) together with attachments, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Technical Form constituting Annex 1A to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of the following portable computers with equipment:

1. portable computers (laptop type I – 15"-15,6") - 234 pcs.,

2. portable computers (laptop type II – 13.5"-14.5") - 12 pcs.

By joining the proceedings, the contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of PLN 22,000.00 (in words: twenty-two thousand zlotys 00/100). Detailed information on how to submit the bid bond is indicated in Chapter 10 of the SWZ.
