The purpose of the procurement is to cover daily needs for IT developers that will support UDI in reaching its goals i connection with the development of UDI's services.
Digitalisation facilitates increased value creation and innovation, and can contribute to better and more efficient public services. The delivery must ensure that the Contracting Authority has IT developers to further develop the Contracting Authority's services, including that UDI is equipped for a basic modernisation, which will require numerous competent resources.
UDI would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who recruits from the junior market, gives UDI the opportunity to interview and select relevant candidates, gives them a "competence boost" that meets UDI's technology and offers them as consultants to UDI for a 6-12 month period, with an option for permanent employment.
For the competence boost, we want the candidate to have undergone a training program that offers practical training and cases. It is required that the tenderers have a fully developed training program so that the candidates develop real skills that meet UDI's needs.
Due to the nature of the need, it is considered most appropriate to cover the need through a framework agreement.
The fixed framework agreement period will be 2 years. Option for extension for up to two additional years, for one year at a time. The maximum contract period will therefore be four years (2+1+1).
The contract period will tentatively start in March 2023.
