Design work can be started after the preliminary agreement has been signed. The estimated start date of the construction work is 03/2025, but no later than 06/25 and the total construction time proposed by the developer is 24 months.
Procurement is not split as a multi-vendor model would provide an inappropriate set of contracts for scheduling and work coordination and could jeopardize achieving a low cost level.
Design:
- The SR contractor approving designers with construction control and subscriber
- The SR contractor is responsible for all design
- Designing the object is done on a data model basis
