The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, hunting, meadow and agricultural management and other forest management works, to be carried out in the Warcino Forest District in 2024.
The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605 - "Public Procurement Law") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law.
The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure".
Package 1 - Forestry: Kruszyna, BarcinoThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, hunting, meadow and agricultural management and other forest management works, to be carried out in the area of the Warcino Forest District in 2024. 3.4. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract. The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject matter of the contract to subcontractors. If the Contractor intends to perform the subject matter of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in its offer the parts of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. If no subcontracting is indicated in the Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.

Package 9 – Other forest management worksThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of ongoing maintenance of tourist facilities (including: tourist places, camping sites and vehicle parking places) in the Warcino Forest District.
