The subject of this tender is general planning services for the new construction of the gas pressure regulating and measuring system (GDRMA) in Ebendorfer Chaussee in Magdeburg in accordance with Annex A1 of the terms and conditions of tender (service description - short version). The system will consist of two measuring and regulating rails. In detail, one rail is to be designed regeneratively as a vortex tube and the second rail as redundancy with conventional preheating.

The planning of the plant must be carried out in essential parts from the end of 2023 to the end of 2024, so that the tenders for the construction work can be implemented in 2025 in accordance with the SektVO. The construction of the plant is planned for April 2026 to the end of 2026, because commissioning must take place by December 2026.

The general planning service primarily comprises basic and special planning services (call-off is carried out on a service phase-related basis) in accordance with § 53 ff. HOAI, specialist planning, technical equipment and § 34 ff. HOAI, object planning, building planning, in each case in the service phases (LPH) 1 to 9 for the new construction of a GDRMA as well as higher-level planning services. The planner is responsible for all planning tasks concerning the GDRMA. These include construction, process and mechanical engineering, piping technology/station piping, TGA, electrical power engineering, process control technology as well as grounding and lightning protection, etc.
