The Evaluation Department in Norad will commission a consultancy for a 3-year assignment (including options) to make running quality assessments of reviews of Norwegian Development Cooperation, published annually in the years 2019-21. The chosen supplier will summarise strengths and weaknesses of the reviews in an annual quality assessment report, which will also present the most important knowledge generated from the reviews.

The assignment will be carried out in the period October 2019 — March 2022. Estimated scope for the assignment is between 250-350 working days for the whole period.
