Firm slice:

replacement of 12 UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) existing; replacement of the wear parts of the ASI park (Uninterruptible power supply) of GEIE GEF; preventive and corrective maintenance services of the ASI (Uninterruptible Power Supply) park of GEIE GEF. The firm tranche of 12 months is not subject to renewal.

Optional slice:

preventive and corrective maintenance services of the ASI (Uninterruptible Power Supply) park of GEIE GEF. This tranche will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, setting a minimum and maximum amount in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts.

The optional tranche for a period of 12 months is renewable twice expressly by registered letter with AR 1 month before the anniversary date of notification of the optional tranche, but its total duration does not exceed 3 years.

Firm slice:

preventive and corrective maintenance services for the entire ASI (Uninterruptible Power Supply) fleet of GEIE GEF. This tranche will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The benefits of this optional installment may vary within the following limits: minimum amount all renewals included: 330 000 EUR excluding VAT and maximum amount all renewals included: 840 000 EUR HT.
