Ringsted Forsyning will expand the district heating supply area in Benløse. In this connection, district heating supply is to be established in the area around Kærup Business Park, with a supply point on the opposite side of the West motorway, as well as a new supply point in Business Park Ringsted, see further in point II.2.4).

In this connection, district heating supply will be established in the area around Kærup Business Park, with a supply point on the opposite side of the West motorway, as well as a new supply point in Business Park Ringsted.

The present tender covers Energy District 03 and 06 and work concerns the establishment of approx. 5.5 km of main pipelines, and so far 3 known, plus approximately 25 potential connectors, as well as interconnection with existing pipelines at Kaserne Parkvej, and Kærup Parkvej, as well as a press-through under Roskildevej of the transmission line for further supply.

The installation is carried out in single-pipe, series 2 and 3, and twin-pipe, series 2, in dimensions from Ø26 – Ø323.9.

The contract thus includes earth, construction, socket, alarm and forging works, as well as pipe and component delivery.

The work should be carried out primarily in business areas.

The tender documents include connectors from consumers who have entered into an agreement with Ringsted District Heating at the time of the tender. The contractor must, within the schedule and at the unit prices stated in the tender list, be able to withstand the execution of connectors to customers who sign up for district heating supply during the execution of the project.

The work is expected to be carried out with 2 – 3 trench fronts for mains and 1 – 2 digging teams for connectors.

The contractor must within 48 hours be able to provide additional excavation teams, which applies to both main and connector lines, if deemed necessary for the progress of the work and adherence to schedule.

Wires are located on both public and private areas.

The developer has obtained general permits for the location of the wires.

The work is expected to be handed over on 3 January 2024 and will be completed for delivery on 18 December 2024.
