SPK's need for consultancy services for the Corporater system is primarily for:

— Set-up of structure;

— Preparation and improvement of templates;

— Set-up/corrections of organisation development, both in the line and in the process;

— Set up Transformer jobs (ensure automatic KPIs with acquisition of data from other systems);

— Set up and correct reports, support to imports from excel;

— Technical adaptations;

— Support for further development of the system;

— Internal training;

— Help-desk for challenges at the administrator, correct errors etc.
