This selection guide provides an explanation of the selection phase of the 'framework agreement for the purchase, delivery and maintenance of delivery vans' assignment.

With this selection guide, the contracting authority invites interested parties to submit a request to participate for this assignment. The purpose of this selection guide is only to select suitable candidates who will be invited in the next stage of the award procedure to submit a tender on the basis of the specifications that will only be sent to the selected candidates.

The selection guide is only issued to give interested candidates the opportunity to submit a request to participate, without striving for any completeness. The contracting authority reserves the right to deviate from the provisions of this selection guide in the course of the procedure, without, however, compromising transparency, objectivity and equal treatment. The contracting authority will only do this to the extent that this does not lead to any distortion of competition or discrimination against the candidates. To this end, candidates will be explicitly informed of possible deviations, adjustments or additions.

This selection guide is an integral part of the assignment documents. By assignment documents is meant the documents that are applicable to the assignment, including all additional and other documents to which they refer.
