The assignment concerns the collection and processing of waste paper and cardboard in the municipality of Venlo.

The assignment is divided into 2 lots. The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a single contract with one tenderer per lot.

Lot 1: Collection and marketing (for processing) of OPK from households (excluding the inner city)

Lot 1 includes the monthly collection and marketing (for processing) of OPK from households (excluding the city centre) in the municipality of Venlo, including storage and transhipment and transport to the OPK's customer/processor.

Lot 2: Collection and marketing (for processing) of OPK from households and entrepreneurs in the city centre

Collection once a week on Tuesday evenings and marketing (for processing) of waste paper and cardboard from households and entrepreneurs in the city centre. No volunteers are used for this, but the contractor must provide loaders himself.

Within this plot, approximately 3,800 tons* of OPK (waste paper and cardboard) were collected in 2022.

The annual volume is approximately 370 tonnes*.
