The contracting authority aims at electrifying the municipal passenger car and goods van fleet by the end of 2025. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

shall therefore be established for the procurement of cars with a weight lower than 7,500 kg. The contract for the delivery of cars may also include

a service and maintenance agreement as well as part exchange of vehicles.
