The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of the VoIP telephony system, provision of telecommunications services and system technical support services. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of the VoIP telephony system, provision of telecommunications services and technical support services of the system, through the implementation of the following tasks:

1) pre-implementation analysis and design of the VOIP telephony system;

2) delivery and implementation of the VOIP telephony system, including:

a) system installation,

b) system configuration, testing and commissioning,

c) installation of telecommunications lines,

d) preparation of technical and operational documentation,

e) conducting instruction for system administrators;

3) delivery of brand new VoIP hardware platform servers with a 24-month warranty;

4) delivery of brand new VoIP telephones with access licenses and a 24-month warranty;

5) delivery of licenses enabling registration of analog devices attached to voice gates and Contact center licenses for helpdesk services;

6) delivery of brand new VoIP voice gateways with licenses for handling VoIP SIP Trunk calls with a 24-month warranty;

7) provision of telecommunications services, including the provision and maintenance of SIP TRUNK lines and billing system access services;

8) providing subscription services for web and video conferencing;

9) providing technical support services for the VOIP telephony system (VoIP system, servers, voice gates, billing system, telephones with licenses).
