Successive removal of current sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant in Otwock, ul. Kraszewskiego 1, 05-400 Otwock, POLAND, as well as the export of sewage sludge stored on sedimentary lagoons

The subject of the order is the successive export of current sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant in Otwock, ul. Kraszewskiego 1, 05-400 Otwock, POLAND, as well as the export of sewage sludge stored on sedimentary lagoons (own loading) in Annex 1 to the contract.

The sludge covered by the contract comes from a biological wastewater treatment process in the Otwock sewage treatment plant. These sludges are stabilized in the methane fermentation process and then mechanically dehydrated.

Sludge code (stabilized sewage sludge) - 19 08 05.

Amount of sludge for export from sedimentary lagoons - approx. 11,000 Mg.

Amount of sludge for successive export - 25–35 Mg / d (approx. 9,000 Mg).

Dry solids content - 18-25%.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR, which is an integral part of this ToR. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of increasing the volume of sludge exports by no more than 20%.

The subject of the order is the successive export of current sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant in Otwock, ul. Kraszewskiego 1, 05-400 Otwock, POLAND, as well as the export of sewage sludge stored in sedimentary lagoons (own loading). The contractor will be obliged to manage sewage sludge, which means loading onto own vehicle means of transport, transport to places of recovery or processing and subjecting to recovery or processing in compliance with the requirements of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701).

2. The sludge covered by the contract comes from the biological process of wastewater treatment in the Otwock sewage treatment plant. These sludges are stabilized in the methane fermentation process and then mechanically dehydrated.

2.2. Amount of sludge for export from sedimentary lagoons - approx. 11,000 Mg.

2.3. Amount of sludge for successive export - 25–5 Mg / d (approx. 9,000 Mg).

2.4. Dry solids content - 18-25%.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the entire contract in the case of sediments located on lagoons, and the contractor will not make any claims against the contracting authority.
