Delivery of system- and system-compliant components of the electronic/mechatronic locking system.
- The ordering, pre-assembly and provision of the components called up by the customer;
- assistance with commissioning and maintenance;
- Support for software adaptations/extensions/updates;
- Elimination of software errors according to the stated response/processing times;
- Support for data restores;
- Support in the restoration of communication connections to e.g. validation readers;
- Assistance in case of emergency openings (24/7 service) and within 2 hours on-site service;
- other support activities such as e.g. Commissioning, instruction, training and maintenance in accordance with the applicable standards, regulations and manufacturer requirements by trained specialists equipped with spare parts and standard test equipment;
- Preparation of systems or system documentation at the request of the customer;
- the elimination of errors that may occur in connection with the application for system administration/maintenance;
The contractor shall maintain a permanently available standby/maintenance service outside business hours (in the period 18.00 – 06.00 hrs), which can be called up if required. The on-call service is e.g. used for emergency openings.
