For each Lot, there are no charges for interference because at the time of installation the spaces are not used by users, pursuant to art. 26 paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and determination of the Authority for the Supervision of Public Works, Services and Supplies Contracts no. 3 of 05/03/2008.

The object of the contract is the supply and installation of technical laboratory furniture, specifically laminar flow hoods for the preparation of the Laboratory for the teaching of air at the University of Brescia.

The Laboratory will be equipped to perform analysis on environmental matrices of different origins (soil, water, air, materials of plant and animal origin) and will be structured in 9 distinct spaces with the following functional destinations:

• Laboratory A – Biomolecular analysis laboratory

• Laboratory B - Chemical analysis laboratory

• Laboratories C, D, F, G sample preparation:

• Laboratory C - Soil matrix area

• Laboratory D - Bioassessment Area

• Laboratory F - Area of zootechnical matrices

• Laboratory G - Area plant matrices

• Laboratory E – material storage warehouse

• Laboratories H and ancillary rooms:

• Laboratory H - Refrigeration and glassware washing

• Laboratory I - Drying and incineration

The economic operator, during the execution phase, for the phases of installation and related certification of the installation, must be in possession of the requirements referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2, of Ministerial Decree 22 January 2008 n.37, in particular:

a) equipment supply systems

(d) water and sanitation systems of any nature or species;

(e) installations for the distribution and use of gases of all kinds, including the disposal of combustion products and ventilation and ventilation and ventilation of premises.

In the absence, the economic operator will have to resort to subcontracting for the execution of the related services, declaring the will during the tender pursuant to art. 105 of the Code of Contracts.

Economic operators participating in the call for tenders must expressly indicate in their tender "... its labour costs and business costs relating to compliance with health and safety regulations at work..." pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 10, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments for the verification of the adequacy of the offer.

Failure to indicate "labour costs and company costs relating to compliance with health and safety provisions in the workplace..." pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 10, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments will be grounds for exclusion from the tender procedure.
