The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, felling of difficult and dangerous trees, to be performed in the area of the Świdnica Forest District in 2023.
Package I - Mrowiny forestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, to be performed in the Świdnica Forest District in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.
Package II - Grochotów forestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, to be performed in the Świdnica Forest District in 2023.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.
Package V - Bojanice forestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, to be performed in the Świdnica Forest District in 2023.
