The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning in the Court of Appeal in Białystok of elements of the CCTV system and the key depository system provided for the second stage of implementation. The order includes the delivery of hardware components of the system and the performance of all works in accordance with the SWZ, design documentation (to the extent provided for stage II of implementation), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract, constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a CCTV system at the Court of Appeal in Białystok as part of the second stage of implementation. The order includes the delivery of hardware components of the system and the performance of all works in accordance with the SWZ, design documentation (to the extent provided for stage II of implementation), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract, constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
2. The scope of work specified in the project documentation and the requirements of the Contracting Authority include in particular the following tasks:
- delivery of system hardware components, including their installation, commissioning and configuration on existing servers,
- delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty service of the license plate recognition camera (ANPR). The camera should be equipped with appropriate inputs/outputs to control the existing barrier at the entrance to the Court's car park. The camera should be in IP technology, the license plate list should be stored in the camera. The images from the camera should be recorded on an existing SVMX NVR. The camera should be mounted in such a place and in such a way as to ensure reliable and unobstructed reading of license plates. Appropriate copper or fiber optic cabling should be laid between the camera and the distribution point, and power supply and other necessary converters/accessories should be provided for its proper operation and interaction with the barrier. Warranty for the entire system minimum 36 months.
- update all system components to the latest version of the software after their installation,
- at the implementation stage, before embedding, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of material sheets of the proposed materials, confirming the fulfillment of the parameters specified in the tender documentation;
- conducting tests of system operation after installation of components provided for in the second stage of implementation,
- granting the necessary licenses for components installed in the second stage of implementation, unlimited in time, territory and functionality;
- providing acceptance documentation of technical and warranty documentation regarding the installed system elements and an additional license plate recognition camera (ANPR), including in particular manuals for operation, use and maintenance in Polish, certificates related to the system elements provided by the Contractor;
- conducting training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of system components installed in the second stage of implementation and an additional license plate recognition camera (ANPR),
- provision of technical support services and system elements installed in the second stage of implementation and an additional license plate recognition camera (ANPR) during the warranty period.
3. The Ordering Party informs that the installations made in the first stage have been brought to the vicinity of the designed assembly sites. Within the scope of the Contractor, it is possible to bring the installation to the target place of installation of devices (cameras).
4. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the following technical documentation:
1) an architectural and construction project;
2. technical design;
3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works;
4) Bill of quantities of works;
5) Guidelines of the Ministry of Justice on technical protection, constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

The order includes the delivery of hardware components of the system and the performance of all works in accordance with the SWZ, design documentation (to the extent provided for stage II of implementation), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract, constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
2. The scope of work specified in the project documentation and the requirements of the Contracting Authority include in particular the following tasks:
- delivery of system hardware components, including their installation, distribution, commissioning and configuration,
- key depositors should be equipped with readers enabling reading Mifare DESfire EV1 (EV1/2K) access cards held by the Ordering Party,
- due to the fact that the devices and systems delivered in the first stage of the investment are under warranty, the Ordering Party requires the guarantor's consent to interfere with the S-VMX and S-Aware systems. In the absence of such consent, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor's statement on taking over the guarantee for the time and on terms equivalent to the guarantee granted at the first stage in the scope of S-VMX and S-Aware systems.
- when installing key depositors, provision must be made for lintels to be made over depositors,
- at the implementation stage, before embedding, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of material sheets of the proposed materials, confirming the fulfillment of the parameters specified in the tender documentation;
- update all system components to the latest version of the software after their installation,
- conducting tests of system operation,
- granting the necessary licences for the system or its components without any time limit, territorial or functional limit,
- transfer of acceptance documentation – description of the system architecture, technical and warranty documentation regarding the system, including in particular manuals for operation, use and maintenance in Polish, certificates related to the system provided by the Contractor.
3. The Ordering Party informs that the installations made in the first stage have been brought to the vicinity of the designed assembly sites. The scope of the Contractor is the possible bringing of the installation to the target place of installation of devices (depositor).
4. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the following technical documentation:
1) an architectural and construction project;
2. technical design;
3) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works;
4) Bill of quantities of works;
5) Guidelines of the Ministry of Justice on technical protection, constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.
