The purpose of this contract is to provide security and security services for various sites and events in the city of Melun.
The sites eligible for the services described below are all the sites designated by the client at the time of the request for services; they will be built or undeveloped sites, occupied or unoccupied, open or not open to the public, whether or not they are the object of festivities.

The benefits can be of three types:
- recurring services: no need listed at the launch of the consultation. Nevertheless the need is likely to occur during the framework agreement,
- one-off services,
- Event services: Christmas market, checkers' game, potters market, music festival, cultural season, hall of call ...
This list is not exhaustive. The holder agrees to honor all other requests for event services formulated by the city throughout the duration of the contract.
