The scope and purpose of the procurement.
The Cultural History Museum's shops at the History Museum and the Viking Ship Museum procure products for approx. 7 500 000 NOK per annum. We would, thus, like parallel framework agreements with 12 — 14 suppliers who can offer an updated assortment where the Cultural History Museum (KHM) is marketed through the products. The products shall therefore reflect KHM's values and profile quality, tradition, renewal and good design, as well as fulfil public requirements for environmental friendliness, safety norms and a good working environment for production.
The products shall consist of tailor-made products and standard products.
— Souvenir products. E.g. trolls, Viking ships and Norway products.
— Toys and games. E.g. toys, games and soft animals related to Viking age, school and development.
— Textiles. E.g. t-shirts, hats, gloves etc.
— Books and international literature related to history and the museum's exhibitions.
— Seasonal products such as Christmas and Easter products.
— Knitwear. E.g. winter clothes for ladies and men and children/baby clothes.
— Gift and interior products. E.g. soap products, kitchen utensils, garden utensils, green and environmentally friendly products.
— Jewellery and copies related to the activity. E.g. Viking glass
— Food and spices. E.g. herbs, salt and oils. Chocolate — gift boxes.
— Campaign products. Tailor-made products for activities.
