Insurance coverage for civil liability towards third parties for non-malicious harmful events committed by the staff of the FF.AA. and the Corps of the Harbour Master's Office as well as for the legal protection of the same staff for culpable facts however connected to the institutional activity, with the methods and conditions of policy contained in the technical specifications and in the terms of service contained in the contract scheme - estimated 173,141 units

The contract also covers insurance coverage on a voluntary basis (to be borne exclusively by the clients who request it, without further charges for the Administration) for administrative and administrative-accounting liability of military personnel in service for culpable facts related to the performance of institutional functions.

The consideration for the contractual services consists of the gross annual premium, i.e. the product of the per capita premium offered during the tender - down to the clear basic per capita premium of € 25.00 - multiplied by the total number of insured persons

The per capita award premium will be valid exclusively for RC and Legal Protection Policies and will remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract, any repetitions included (except as provided in the tender documents for the "price review").

For the optional administrative accounting liability policy at the time of the offer, the competitor must quote, under penalty of exclusion and with a commitment to keep it unchanged for the entire duration of the contract, the annual premium per capita. This optional extension does not fall within the award criterion and does not contribute to forming the estimated amount of the contract in the tender, being the sole responsibility of the employee interested in using it.
