Performing transport services in the field of passenger transport on bus lines in day and night public transport and in TnŻ in the area of the Employer's activity as well as rendering services resulting from the implementation of the contract. Due to the character limit, a detailed description of the subject of the contract has been described in chapter XIII of the ToR.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services for the transport of passengers on bus lines in day and night public transport and by phone (transport on demand) in the Employer's area of activity and the provision of services arising from this contract.

2. The Awarding Entity orders and the Contractor performs passenger transport on day and night bus lines as well as transport on demand, hereinafter referred to as TnŻ, in accordance with the timetable during its validity and provides services resulting from the implementation of these tasks.

3. The Awarding Entity reserves the right to make changes in timetables (liquidation of lines, launching new lines and any changes in line parameters), ordering additional transport work resulting from handling mass events, including sports, sea days, etc., organization of substitute communication in in connection with road and track works, launching the reserve together with the service.

The Purchaser reserves the right to make changes in the functioning of TnŻ by:

- extension and change of the operating formula in terms of: days and hours of operation and relationships,

- change of route routes through individual streets and the possibility of introducing fixed courses in the area of its operation.
