The College holds a perpetual licence to access and use Unit-e and associated software with Capita business services. Capita owns and has exclusive rights in respect of all intellectual property rights in the College’s current system and is, therefore, the only provider able to meet the College’s need for continued support and maintenance of the system. In the light of budget restraints due to the high costs of a new system, it is imperative that business continuity is maintained with the current provider. The software licenced to the College continues to meet the needs of the College.
