Windesheim wants to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of Print Equipment, Print Management Software and Repro Services. The framework agreement has an initial duration of five (5) years with the possibility to extend it twice (2) by one (1) year. The contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender on the basis of the award criterion of best value for money. The intended start date of the assignment is 1 August 2023
