Description:
THE DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM REAL ESTATE INHABITED IN THE AREA OF THE COMMUNE OF STRAWCZYN IN THE YEARS 2022 - 2023

The use of municipal waste directly from all properties residing in the Strawczyn Municipality in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of the waste biodegradations transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the law in this regard. Waste management includes municipal waste collected selectively and mixed.

A detailed description and method of implementation is described in Chapter II of the SWZ Description of the item of the order.

The use of municipal waste will be carried out in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods of waste fraction, defined in this respect by the common law, including Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888) and implementing acts to that law.

A detailed description and method of implementation is described in Chapter II of the SWZ Description of the item of the order.

1. Delivery of waste shall be documented by the Contractor. Each entry will be registered

and confirmed by a document containing the date of import, type, code and weight of the waste, vehicle registration number and delivery identification data. A copy w/in the document is obtained by the driver of the waste supplier during delivery of each batch

2. In the framework of documenting the management services of waste from inhabited properties covered by this contract and in connection with the reporting requirements set out in the Municipalities Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order Act, the operator of the service shall be obliged to:

1) weighing all municipal waste delivered on a legalized automotive weight;

2) the storage of documents confirming the weighting referred to in point 1) and the transmission of monthly reports (submitted in paper form) to the Contracting Authority containing the quantities of waste received (resulting from the information contained in the BDO system);

3) the ongoing maintenance of records of waste delivered for development in the framework of the implementation of the contract with the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of law.

3. Settlement of the service will be carried out on a monthly basis on the basis of the total weight of mixed municipal waste accepted and the mass of waste received selectively from property owners in accordance with the applicable rules

4. The settlement for the execution of the object of the contract will be carried out every time after the end of the calendar month, on the basis of a properly issued VAT invoice submitted to the Contracting Authority together with a monthly report (submitted in paper form) containing the quantities of waste accepted municipal (resulting from information contained in the BDO system).

5. The Contractor shall submit the report referred to in point 4 broken down by mixed waste and segregated waste by individual fractions.

6. The Contractor shall forward to the Contracting Authority all required reports set out in applicable waste management regulations within the time limits indicated by the law.

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ
