The co-located advocacy service in Hammersmith & Fulham provides support for survivors of domestic abuse who are working with statutory services, such as those interacting with housing who are at risk of homelessness, those who have reported to the police and are engaging with the criminal justice system, and those who are currently working with children's social care.
The purpose of the service is to facilitate engagement with these services, improve outcomes within the co-location area, and ease referral pathways between these services and specialist domestic abuse support services.
The co-located IDVA's will work as part of one comprehensive team to support survivors accessing housing support, social care and engaging with the criminal justice system.
