The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management by the Contractor, in accordance with its permits in this respect, of a batch of waste with the code 19 12 12 from mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) in an estimated amount of approx. 4500 Mg.
1. The subject of the contract shall be the successive collection and further development by the Contractor, in accordance with his authorisations in this respect, of a batch of waste code 19 12 12 from mechanical sifting of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), with the following conditions:
1) Guaranteed collection and management of the over-sieve fraction (mesh 80 mm) of mixed municipal waste in an estimated amount of approx. 4500 Mg.
2) The waste will be transferred in bulk after passing the Fe separation on the magnetic separator; Waste in this form must be collected from current production.
3) Before each collection, the contractor is obliged to send a notification with the BDO number of the transporting
and the receiving BDO number.
4) Loading is on the side of the Ordering Party and will be carried out using a loader with a bucket with a capacity of up to 3 m3 with a capacity of approx. 15 Mg / h on working days. Duration about 30 min./ 1 vehicle with a capacity of 90-100 m3. Loading from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.,
5) The Contracting Authority guarantees the size of a single collection within the full capacity of the contractor's means of transport.
6) The contractor will be obliged to collect waste daily (on working days).
7) The place of waste collection is the Regional Waste Management Plant in Końskie,
Spacerowa 145, 26-200 Końskie, Świętokrzyskie province.
8) All costs related to the execution of the order from the place of receipt shall be covered by the Contractor.
9) The Ordering Party informs that the amount of waste collected may change by about 10% depending on the needs. The estimated quantity given illustrates only the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract, determined on the basis of the amount of waste imported into the installation and the need for their further management. The actual amount of waste does not depend on the Ordering Party.
10) The Contractor may not lodge any additional claims with the Ordering Party for the total amount of waste collected in the settlement period, within the indicated tolerance.
11) The condition for settlement for each received batch of waste will be a waste transfer card (KPO)
in the Waste Database system.
12) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of collecting waste by a truck with a movable floor semi-trailer up to a loading height of < 3.8 m.
13) Waste covered by this contract should be managed in installations that have decisions permitting the treatment of this waste, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the proper management of waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
14) The Contractor, after each month of service performance, is obliged to provide a statement on the method of waste management with an indication together with an indication of the installation (name and address) in which the waste in question was submitted to the recovery process R.
15) The Ordering Party sets a 1-month settlement period for partial execution of the order.
