The current case system is no longer supported by the supplier.
Orionis Walcheren is therefore approaching the market for replacing the current case system.
Orionis Walcheren wants to conclude an agreement with one supplier for the purchase, implementation and management of a case system (SaaS Solution). Part of the assignment is the migration of the data from the current system.
The provision of the software for facilitating case-oriented work includes in general terms:
• case functionality; based on case and document services 1.1 or 1.2
• document and records management functionality (RMA);
• zaaktypencatalogus;
• klantcontactfunctionaliteit;
• digital counter (Personal Internet Page, possibly web forms).
Part of the software and therefore also the prices to be offered is the delivery of links such as with:
• office automation including e-mail;
• link with basic registers; such as the BRP (national provision)
