The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light fuel oil for the needs of the company "Wodociągi Kieleckie" for a period of 24 months.
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light fuel oil for the needs of the Company "Wodociągi Kieleckie" for a period of 24 months.
2. Fuel oil must meet the following requirements:
1) Light fuel oil must meet the requirements of PN-C-96024:2020-12
Required physico-chemical parameters:
a) calorific value: in an amount greater than or equal to 42,6 MJ/kg
(b) density at 15°C: less than or equal to 860 kg/m3
(c) sulphur content: less than or equal to 0,1% (m/m)
(d) water content: less than or equal to 200 mg/kg
(e) particulate matter content: less than or equal to 24,0 mg/kg
(f) flash point: 56°C or more
2) The expected total volume of light fuel oil deliveries over a period of 24 months will be 458 m3, including:
a) Wastewater Treatment Plant Sitkówka with Thermal Sewage Sludge Utilization Station
in Nowiny Przemysłowa 93 – 440 m3
b) boiler room located at the Company's base in Kielce at Krakowska 64 – 18 m3.
3. Place, date and expected one-off quantity of light fuel oil deliveries:
a) Sewage Treatment Plant "Sitkówka", Thermal Sewage Sludge Utilization Station, deliveries on working days from 600 to 2200 - within 48 hours from the notification by the Ordering Party of the need for delivery via e-mail. Deliveries to STUOŚ account for approx. 90% of the total amount of fuel – the estimated size of a single delivery is: min. 8 m3 – max. 16 m3,
b) Sewage Treatment Plant "Sitkówka" - boiler room, deliveries on working days from 700 to 1400 - within 48 hours from the notification by the Ordering Party of the need for delivery via e-mail - estimated amount of one-off delivery: min. 1 m3 – max. 9 m3;
The Ordering Party allows deliveries of light fuel oil on days and hours outside those specified above to the above-mentioned facilities after prior agreement between the Parties.
c) Boiler rooms located at the Company's base at 64 Krakowska Street in Kielce - on business days from 700 to 1200 - within 48 hours from the notification by the Ordering Party of the need for delivery via e-mail - estimated size of a single delivery: approx. 1.5 m3.
The Ordering Party informs that deliveries will not be accepted at the boiler room located at the Company's base at 64 Krakowska Street in Kielce at other times and hours than those specified above.
The volume and frequency of deliveries will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
