Within the framework of its competence Management of aquatic environments and flood prevention (Gemapi), the Béthune Bruay Artois Lys Romane agglomeration community manages approximately 420 km of watercourses.
It implements Ecological Restoration and Maintenance Plans (PRE), authorized by prefectural decree, on a certain number of these watercourses.
These consist in the development of the banks and the bed of the rivers and their objective is to improve their ecological qualities.
The object of this contract is the supply and implementation of the materials necessary for the installation of drinkers and muzzle pumps, as well as for the installation of barbed fences or sheep fencing.
The framework agreement may be the subject of subsidies from the water agency.
Form of contract: order form with maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year. Total amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement (identical amount for each renewal period): maximum annual excl.VAT 80,000.00 EUR - maximum total amount excluding VAT of the framework agreement: 320,000.00 EUR.
