This consultation concerns the design and production of data visualization content for the INPI

The Agency will be responsible for:- developing data visualization content, editorialized and contextualized with the missions and/or news of the INPI,- determining the ad hoc support(s), ensuring multi-media variations if necessary,- Ensuring consistency in the design of information at the INPI by drafting a common reference document. To this end, it will have to be strategically and operationally involved:- participate in the selection of topics to be covered and the media to be used,- research existing and/or necessary information and analyse it;- propose a methodology for data collection and analysis, correlate them with each other to extract patterns and trends,- interpret them to define strategic communication elements,- Scripting them, i.e. proposing scenarios for highlighting and communication (storytelling), interactivity, animation, visualization (dashboard, datajournalism, interactive or narrative module, newsgame, augmented reality, 3D, etc.),- Formatting and producing content according to the chosen medium(s) and managing the manufacturing follow-up until delivery of the content,- Proposing a system for disseminating this data
