The subject of this order is “Ordering the rainwater drainage system in the catchment area of the View estate, Dunikowskiego Street and Stęślickiego Street in Katowice — Stage II”.
The scope of the order includes the construction of 1110m network, including:
- 1003,6m rainwater drainage network in the range of diameters DN315-2000mm including 3 retention channels with retention capacity:
• retention channel KR 1 with diameter DN2000mm and length L=100,2m and retention capacity V=315,0m3,
• KR2 retention channel with diameter DN1500mm and length L=325.2m and retention capacity V=575,0m3,
• KR3 retention channel with diameter DN1500mm and length L=284.0m and retention capacity V=501,0m3
together with network facilities, i.e. reinforced concrete inspection wells with diameter DN3200-1200mm and eccentric wells PEHD DN1200mm
- 113,3m reconstruction of the existing DN250mm gas pipeline together with fittings,
- restoration of pavement in the lane of planned construction and assembly works

4. Additional requirements for the subject of the contract:
1) The Contractor will incur the costs of obtaining all permits, use of the site during the works, administrative costs, maintenance of the cleanliness of the construction site and the adjacent site, including during the winter, etc. and incur the costs of adapting to the other requirements (additional requirements can be found in Annex 7 to SWZ).
2) All components and materials used by the Contractor must be authorised for use in the area of mining damage.
3) The Contractor in his own right and at his expense will update and agree on the design of the organization of the movement.
4) The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, submit a card for the transfer of waste for disposal, including debris and earth from the excavations, or present another document for their reuse or recycling.
The costs of the activities listed above shall be considered to be measured by the contractor,
included in the offer price and not subject to separate payment.
5. The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the following performance of the contract:
a) Excavation works
b) Installation work
c) Reconstitution robots
d) Operation of construction equipment
The requirements for the employment of persons performing the abovementioned activities are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ, a model contract.
