Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a property management service to manage an existing and growing portfolio of properties it is acquiring as part of its adopted strategy to build a portfolio of assets that will support its medium term financial strategy, make an economic and regeneration contribution to the Wyre Forest area and provide a sustainable long term revenue stream, which in turn will enable the Council to maintain the continued delivery of services to its residents.
