1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate, from the area of the Municipality of Dąbrowa in 2023 in accordance with applicable law.

2. Collection and management of waste and equipping the property with containers, containers, big-bags should take place in accordance with the provisions of Polish law and local law.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use any amount of waste that will arise on the property of inhabited property and at the point of selective collection of municipal waste. The actual quantities of waste received may change and this will not constitute the basis for a change in the Contractor's remuneration.

4. The detailed scope of the object of the contract is specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and the relevant provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 7 to the SWZ and form an integral part of it.
