Mechanical and Engineering Services, planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for Bournemouth and Poole College and its satelitte sites. There are two main sites at Lansdowne in Bournemouth and North Road Poole, with a further three satellite sites in the Bournemouth and Poole area.

Mechanical services refers to heating (mainly low pressure hot water systems), ventilation, natural gas, heating oil, H&V controls, hot and cold water systems, all electrical systems, including internal and external emergency lighting.
