Technical real estate management (various caretaker activities, including outdoor facilities and winter maintenance) for several residential rental properties

The Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen mbH intends to award technical real estate management services as a service.

Various caretaker activities are to be carried out for all the properties mentioned, including outdoor facilities and winter service.

The maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor facilities (approx. 11,225 m²) include in particular the following services:

- Rasenmahd ca. 5,364 m²

- Maintenance of the planting areas approx. 5,861 m²

- Cleaning, cleaning and weed removal of the sidewalks and squares approx. 1,711 m²

- Winter service approx. 1,711 m²

The general caretaker activities include in particular the following services:

- Inspection and visual inspection of building equipment

- Control of common areas

- Zählerablesung

- Provision of garbage cans

- Receipt and settlement of complaints

- 24h-Notdienstbereitschaft
