The subject of the contract is the non-cash purchase of EN 590 fuel and CNG fuel for a period of 12 months for the needs of the Ordering Party.

1. The subject of the order in part I of the order is the non-cash purchase by the Ordering Party of supplies of diesel fuel for diesel cars to two fuel microstations located:

1) at the office of the Ordering Authority in Piaseczno at 6 Techniczna Street (microstation No. 1);

2) on the territory of the property located in Piaseczno at 4 Techniczna Street (microstation No. 2).

2. The tank of each microstation has a capacity of 5,000 liters.

3. With the help of both microstations, only the Ordering Party's vehicles used for the collection and road transport of municipal waste are refueled.

4. The use of both microstations is subject to strict records by the Ordering Party using the station terminal ensuring the identification of employees.

The subject of the contract in part II of the contract is the lease by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a portable or mobile CNG station and the non-cash sale of methane fuel (compressed natural gas CNG) from this station, for a total period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract.

The tank of a leased portable or mobile CNG station shall have a capacity capable of filling it at least 2,000 kg at a time. methane fuel (compressed natural gas CNG), but not more than 10,000 kg. of this fuel.
