The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for business trips of domestic and foreign employees of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A. divided into two parts in the scope of:

- Part No. 1 – intermediation services in the booking, sale, issue, issuance and delivery of air, rail tickets on domestic and foreign routes,

- Part No. 2 – intermediary services in the reservation and sale of accommodation in hotels in the country

and abroad.

Detailed information on the subject of the contract can be found in Chapter VIII of the SWZ., located on the Ordering Party's website.

The Contractor's tasks include, m.in: searching for and making reservations, selling, issuing and issuing in paper or electronic form air tickets in classes specified by the Ordering Party (including tickets of airlines that are members of the International Air Transport Association - IATA) and rail tickets for domestic and foreign travel, in accordance with the requirements of carriers. The name ticket is understood as a ticket on the route to the destination and back (the so-called "return" ticket). The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase "one-way" tickets. The subject of the contract covers routes in Polish and around the world. If it is not possible to guarantee air or rail transport to the location indicated by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party will be entitled to use an alternative source of transport (e.g. bus / coach) – applies to part No. 1 of the order.

The Contractor's tasks include, m.in: searching for and making reservations (including making changes and cancelling reservations), sale together with the delivery of a voucher of the booked hotel room to the Ordering Party's registered office or a place indicated by the Ordering Party in paper or electronic form – applies to part 2 of the order.
