The subject of the Order is:

"Development of STEŚ-R design documentation along with obtaining the decision of the DŚU for the task entitled: "Construction of the Tarnów bypass (new route within DK No. 73), preparatory process" along with answering the Contractors' questions at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.

The subject of the contract is: "Development of STEŚ-R design documentation along with obtaining the decision of the SPC for the task entitled: "Construction of the Tarnów bypass (new route within DK No. 73), preparatory process" along with answering the Contractors' questions at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.

The subject of the contract was divided into two stages:

Stage I – Preparation of project documentation in the scope of:

- Technical, Economic and Environmental Study – STEŚ-R (Stage I – environmental scope with analysis of variants),

- Project Information Card for the decision of the SPC,

- Report on the environmental impact of the project to the decision of the SPC,

- Materials for the application for the SPC along with obtaining the final decision,

- STEŚ-R (Stage II – scope of the Programme Concept),

- Geodetic studies (an integral part of STEŚ-R),

- Preparation of documentation of ground conditions tests for the needs of road construction STEŚ-R Stage I,

- Preparation of documentation of ground conditions tests for the needs of road construction STEŚ-R Stage II.

Stage II - answering the questions of the Tenderers at the stage of the tender procedure for the implementation of the investment.
