The subject of the contract consists in providing services in the field of supervision over the design and implementation of Works and managing the Contract entitled: "Comprehensive improvement of the communication system on the section DK7 Kraków-Libertów-Gaj"

The subject of the contract consists in providing services in the field of supervision over the design and implementation of Works and managing the Contract entitled: "Comprehensive improvement of the communication system on the section DK7 Kraków-Libertów-Gaj":

The service shall, in particular, include:

- supervision of the design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, reciprocal compliance, verification of the results of conducting control calculations in order to find possible errors,

- management, fulfilment of investor supervision and control over the implementation of Works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,

- conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with GDDKiA services,

- providing investor's supervision over the implementation of design and construction works and participation in Warranty Reviews and supervising the removal of any defects / defects found in warranty inspections, under the concluded Contract,

- carrying out tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,

- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting in the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Public Procurement Law Act,

- constant monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors, of the Contractor's documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams supervising neighboring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to develop the principles and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works.

The design and works over which the supervision service will be carried out include:

1) Development of complete design documentation for the entire Investment, i.e. for the main route along the national road No. 7 on the section of the border of the city of Krakow - Libertów (length approx. 1.13km) from km 674+550 to km 675+680 along with the reconstruction of the road system on the eastern and western sides, construction of collision-free pedestrian crossings, engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure;

2) Obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, all opinions, agreements, permits, permits, decisions necessary to design and implement the investment, including necessary changes to previously issued administrative decisions;

3) Expansion of the main road of accelerated traffic as above, along with the construction of engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure;

4) Development of as-built documentation;

5) Obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a decision on the occupancy permit for the investment above.
