When establishing this Framework Agreement, contracting entities wish to have the opportunity to procure a service under which the supplier undertakes to provide qualified crew, materials and equipment (including vehicles) for the performance of:

— Mechanical assistance in the separation, inspection and control of pressure equipment

— Prefabrication of pipe spools and steel structures

— Inspection and testing

— Mounting welding, fitter mm

— Delivery of components and fittings.
