Single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms without minimum and with an annual maximum of up to 2,000,000 EUR excluding tax. The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with the contractor for new works or services having for object the realization of similar services under the conditions of article R. 2122-7 of the code of the public order. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 2111-1 and L. 2112-2 of the Public Order Code, the execution of the framework agreement includes a mandatory clause of integration through economic activity.
