The outdoor pool in Gemünden was built between 1971 and 1973, so that the structural and technical facilities have been in operation for over 40 years. It needs to be renovated, the water surface should be around 300 m 2nd be reduced.

The necessary structural engineering services are to be provided.

The necessary technical equipment must also be planned.

With regard to the individual service content, the client is guided by the service profile of sections 34, 39, 51 and 55 and Annexes 10, 11, 14 and 15 of the HOAI 2013. As far as the HOAI 2013 provides for maximum and minimum rates, these regulations are not referred to . The contract regulates the details.

The outdoor pool in Gemünden was built between 1971 and 1973, so that the structural and technical facilities have been in operation for over 40 years. In 1988 the pipeline connections to the pool facilities were renewed, a new paddling pool was built and the splash water reservoir was enlarged.

The functional areas are to be partially redistributed.

The tiled pools are to be renovated and provided with a stainless steel lining. The water areas are divided into the following pools:

- Non-swimmers: approx. 390 m 2nd ;

- Swimmer pool with diving pit: approx. 500 m 2nd ;

- Paddling pool: approx. 70 m 2nd ;

- they should be around 300 m 2nd be reduced.

The necessary technical equipment must also be planned. The bathing water treatment plant is to be fundamentally renewed, with the following plant components being taken over from the existing plant into the new plant technology:

- Bath water disinfection in the form of dry chlorine dosing systems (number: 2 pieces);

- Measuring and control systems for recording and regulating the hygiene auxiliary parameters (number: 3 pieces).

A new gas condensing boiler (350 KW) is available for central heat generation, which is currently only used for heating pool water. The heating center is to be expanded to include heating circuits for static heating surfaces and domestic hot water.

The client has had a preliminary plan up to and including performance phase 3 drawn up to obtain the funding, which is part of the award documents. Further details can be found there. The publication also serves to eliminate a head start in terms of knowledge, since it cannot be ruled out that the planning office that created it will participate in the tender.

The eligible costs are estimated as follows (net):

- KGR 300 - building - building structures 670 720.00 EUR;

- KGR 400 - Building - Technical systems 799 EUR 867.00;

- KGR 500 - outdoor facilities EUR 1 488 852.50;

- KGR 600 - equipment and artworks 15,000.00 EUR.

The cost of the technical equipment is estimated as follows (net);

The project is publicly funded by the sports facility funding of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate, the project sponsor Jülich for energy supply and the LEADER funding, as far as the tourist use is concerned, for example in the area of kiosks. The funding requirements must be met at all times.
