The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of ICT services and necessary equipment that will cover the Norasonde group's needs, outlined in the tender documentation section "Current situation" and the document "Contracting authority's requirements for tenderer". A tender contest is thus being held in accordance with the applicable law and public procurement regulations.
During the contract period, there may be changes in relation to server services. This would be in case of a possible development where all of our systems are moved to the cloud. Upon moving to the cloud, the operating responsibility for these services may no longer belong to the chosen tenderer. It will then most likely be the program provider who takes care of the operation of these services.
The offered delivery must satisfy all applicable laws, norms and regulations, not least when it comes to security, handling of personal data and requirements for universal design.
The purpose of the regulation for the universal design of ICT services is to ensure the universal design of information and communication technology systems, to promote equal participation in society, break down and prevent new digital barriers and prevent discrimination, without this entailing a disproportionately large burden for the business.
Changes to the budget and routines can effect the procurement. If the board or management team makes a decision that deprives the procurement of its financial basis, the procurement will be cancelled. The same applies if the need is redefined. If the Tenderer discovers that this tender documentation contains important factors that have been omitted which means that procurement cannot function as intended, the Supplier has a s responsibility to point this out in the offer. A complete description of the delivery follows from the requirements specifications in the document Contracting authority's requirements for tenderer.
