The objective of the tender contest is to enter into framework agreements regarding ICT consultancy services for customer related functions in the project (the service area customer service competence). The service provider shall fortify the Brønnøysund Register Centre's project during the entire or parts of the project period, and possibly in the entire line organisation if this is required as a result of the project. The scope is extensive and will require cutting-edge expertise in several fields. The agreements shall cover the requirement for competence and capacity that the contracting authority is lacking internally. Requirements for solving independent assignments in the form of assignment agreements may also occur.
