II.1.4) Brief description

In the industrial area north in Freiburg im Breisgau, a new district heating energy centre of badenovaWÄRMEPLUS is to be built on the premises of Cerdia Produktions GmbH. It is planned to install heat pumps with a thermal output of approx. 14 MW, which will use two waste heat sources from the production process to feed heat into the existing district heating network at up to 85 °C or to store it in new heat storage tanks with a volume of approx. 1000 m3. Two heating condensers, each with a heating capacity of approx. 7 MW, are planned to cover peak loads, which will be fed from low-pressure steam from an existing CHP plant. The commissioning of the entire plant is scheduled for completion in Q3 2025.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The status of the design and approval planning is transferred as a report form including all editable plans and 3D model.

This tender includes:

• Takeover and adaptation of design and approval planning

• Coordination with the other trades and the implementation planning, preparation and participation in the awarding of contracts, construction supervision (HOAI service phases 5 to 8)

The project is structured into the following trades:

The planner is responsible for trades 01, 02, 04, 06 and 07 and plays the leading role in coordinating with the other planners.

The planning services for the trades 03. Electrical Engineering and 05. Structural Engineering are not part of this tender.
