The supply of electricity to the purchasing group in the Municipality Brzeg Dolny

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, for electricity consumption points located in the municipality Brzeg Dolny.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, for electricity consumption points located in the municipality Brzeg Dolny.

2. The estimated electricity demand for facilities, the detailed statement of which is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ, between 01.07.2022 and 30.06.2024 shall be 5,172,260 kWh.

3. In addition to the contract for the sale of energy, the Ordering Party also provides for the conclusion of contracts/contracts for the sale of electricity (repurchase of energy by the Contractor) generated in microinstallation/small installation, for power consumption points where such installation exists (currently only PPE 590322415200496495 at Wilcza Street 8, 56-120 Brzeg Dolny) or rise - according to the formula commonly used by the Contractor.
