The procurement targets oral health supplies and supplies for Dental Care in the Prison Health Care Unit (VTH). The procurement consists of seven areas (product baskets 1-7.). The provider must offer all the products of the basket (100%). For a more detailed list of product baskets and their requirements, see Price Attachments 1-7 in the Inquiry.

On the basis of the call for tenders, a framework agreement will be established between the selected suppliers. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months. The Subscriber reserves the right to two (2) one (1) year stock options. The Subscriber shall make a decision to exercise the option separately for each option year and shall notify the option not later than three (3) months before the end of the contract period. The draft framework contract is attached as Annex A to the invitation to tender. The buyer does not commit to any minimum or minimum purchase obligation.
