Invitation
Tyresö Municipality invites interested suppliers to submit tenders within Document and Case Management System.
The main area of use of the system is registration (record keeping) and management of cases, documents and meetings. An important part of the system is to support the committee process, which can be briefly described as the preparation and conduct of political meetings.
The system constitutes the municipality's register, and forms the basis for the disclosure of public documents.
The system is also used for case management in a number of different processes that do not have their own business systems.
The system will be used daily by the roles of board secretary and registrar.

The Board Secretary has a central role in the political decision-making process by coordinating and supporting the Board's administrative process at the Board/Board. The committee secretary prepares meetings together with the chairman, vice chairman and officials and then sends out documents to the elected representatives before the meeting. During the meeting, the board secretary takes notes, writes minutes and ensures that the minutes are approved
The role of registrar is responsible for registration/registration of cases and documents, and is responsible for the disclosure of public documents
The system will also be used to varying degrees by municipal officials, then in their capacity as case officers and/or documents. An administrator can also report his or her own cases to meetings.
The structure of the system is built around so-called diaries, where each diary corresponds to a committee. Meetings, matters and documents are linked to the register, as are users. The information in the registers is kept separate from each other and cases are given unique case numbers, so-called reference numbers.
