Purpose of the services: Transport of samples, reagents and consumables for the Nimy laboratory.

Duration: The contract is concluded for one year, renewable 6 times explicitly 6 months.

Place of provision of the service: Several places.

Comment:

These are transports of samples that will take place at the start:

- From the CHUPMB laboratories to the Nimy laboratory and vice versa.

- Sampling centres, affiliated nursing homes, general practitioners' offices, independent nurses to the Nimy laboratory.

- From the Nimy laboratory to the subcontracting laboratories (Erasmus, Jolimont Hospital, CHU UCL Namur Mont-Godinne site, Liège University Hospital, Citadel CHR,...).

Reagents and consumables include:

- Transport of reagents from the Nimy laboratory to the laboratories of the CHUPMB sites.

- Transport of recovery reagents from the Nimy laboratory to nearby hospitals (CHR de Mons, Epicura, CHUMPB, CHU Tivoli, Grand Hôpital de Charleroi, Hôpital de Jolimont...) and from neighbouring hospitals to the Nimy laboratory.

- Transport of consumables (tubes, syringes, vials, etc.) to the following places: CHUPMB sites, sampling centres, affiliated nursing homes, general practitioners' offices, independent nurses.

Maximum amount of orders over the total duration of the contract: 2,000,000 euros VAT
